最近收到國際扶輪 3450 地區通知，2027–28 年度扶輪和平獎學金（Rotary Peace Fellowship）現正開放申請，分為兩個項目：
碩士學位課程

Dear Friends and Fellow Rotarians,
I have recently received a notice from Rotary International District 3450 that applications for the 2027–28 Rotary Peace Fellowship are now open. The program offers two tracks:
Master’s Degree Program
* Academic training vary in length from 15 to 24 months and include 2 to 3 months of applied field experience designed by the peace fellow
Master’s program university partners:
• Duke University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA
• International Christian University, Tokyo, Japan
• University of Bradford, England
• University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia
• Uppsala University, Uppsala, Sweden

Professional Development Certificate Program
* A preliminary online course • A 11-week on-site course • Field studies • A social change initiative • A one-week on-site capstone seminar
The fellowship covers tuition, accommodation, round-trip transportation, field study expenses, and more. Places are limited, and the application period is from February 2026 to May 2026.
